If this is my first time at Liberty Beauty am I required to book under New Beauty? As a first time client we like to take a little extra time to get to know you and the history of your hair! This appointment will start with a consultation followed by a relaxing deep conditioning steam treatment alongside your shampoo service that you and your hair will love! Any trimming or cutting that is wanted or needed. Then styling of your choice between a satin beauty, satin pony, or natural hairstyle depending on your stylist. You will also choose two hair care products or essentials to take along with you. Refreshed and ready to continue on a healthy hair journey! You are only required to complete the new beauty service one time so you may receive services from other stylists in the salon when and if needed without repeating that process.
What form of payments are accepted at the salon? We accept cash debit credit Apple Pay and some stylists accept Zelle
Should I co-wash my hair extensions before installing?
This is not mandatory but strongly suggested. Make sure you thoroughly rinse the hair to avoid any residue.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Exchange/return policy
All sales are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at LibertyBeautyHairCo@yahoo.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn or used. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

If I am local can I pick my hair up instead of having It shipped?
Yes of course! At checkout please select “local pick up”
What happens if I placed an order for local pick up and and didn’t pick up within 30 days? You can be refunded upon proof of purchase within 60 days after 60 days items are returned to shelf
How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
Please allow 5 business days.
Should I wrap my hair at night?
You should ALWAYS wrap your hair using you LB silk scarf or bonnet to protect the integrity of the hair
What color will my extensions be and can they be colored?
All virgin and raw hair extensions come in its natural brown state.
Yes they can be colored but it is suggested to allow a professional to preform this chemical service if your aren’t familiar with the coloring process
What products should I use to wash and care for my extensions?
We suggest quite a few products that are available at your local convenience stores
